Armed Hooded Men Subdue Driver Before Burning Forestry Truck in Collipulli

Two violent incidents have been reported in the La Araucanía region. The first involved a forestry truck that was set on fire in Collipulli.

According to information gathered by Radio Bío Bío and security camera footage, a group of heavily armed hooded individuals subdued a driver before setting fire to an unloaded forestry truck.

The incident occurred near kilometer 50 on the rural Niblinto road, specifically at the Baltimore estate, where the truck was intercepted while attempting to enter the property.

Carabineros from the Public Order Control and Intervention unit are responding to the attack site.

Simultaneously, a vehicle on fire has been reported in the commune of Ercilla, approximately 100 meters from Route 5 South, where Army personnel are heading.
