Application privacy policy
We collect the company's details, contact details and the legal representative's details (including their RUT and the image of their identity card), the sales bracket, the headcount and whether there is a union. In addition, for the security of the submission, we record the IP address, the browser (user agent) and the date and time you accept this notice.
We use them to evaluate the application, contact the representative and, if it is approved, create the member account and the membership agreement. Access to the system is with a one-time code sent by email: we do not issue passwords. The identity card is kept in private storage that only the team reviewing applications can access.
Identity documents from rejected or expired applications are deleted 90 days after closing. Application data is kept as a record of the process, and the data of an approved application becomes part of the member record.
