INFOR Supports the Production of Standardized and Labeled Sawn Timber

In an effort to promote the use of wood in construction through the production of standardized sawn timber, the development of new products, and technological transfer, a specialized center in Chile has become a pillar of innovation and sustainable construction. This is the Structural Wood Laboratory (LME) operated by the Forestry Institute (INFOR) at its Biobío Region headquarters, a facility that also contributes to the local economy and the environment.
