Man with an active warrant for forest fire in Villa Alemana is arrested

A man who was a fugitive from justice was arrested by Carabineros during a preventive check carried out in the commune of Villa Alemana, in the Valparaíso Region.

The procedure was carried out by officers of the Forest Patrol of the Marga Marga Prefecture, who were conducting preventive work in different sectors of the commune.

During one of these services, the officers carried out an identity check on a man who was traveling in the vicinity of Route 60-CH.

Upon checking his record, Carabineros established that he had an active arrest warrant for the crime of forest fire with danger to people.

Given this situation, the officers proceeded to arrest him and later placed him at the disposal of the justice system to continue with the corresponding procedure.
