After several months of work, Industrias Guerra now has a fully operational subsidiary in Chile. The new facilities, located at Ruta 160 N° 5580, Bodega 8 B-C, Megacentro, San Pedro de la Paz, are born with a clear objective: to bring the factory closer to customers and provide a more agile, efficient, and personalized service to those who trust Guerra equipment daily for their operations.
The subsidiary brings together three strategic areas: machinery sales, spare parts sales, and specialized technical service. From this center, commercial attention, on-site technical support, and the necessary logistics to back up the equipment currently operating in different regions of the country are coordinated.
One of the main advancements is the implementation of technical service directly in the field. Thanks to this, it is possible to carry out maintenance, resolve contingencies, and provide specialized assistance more quickly, reducing response times and accompanying customers throughout the entire life cycle of their equipment.
Guerra's support goes beyond national borders. The subsidiary maintains permanent communication with the factory in Spain, which allows any requirement for machinery, components, or specific spare parts to be managed directly. This is complemented by stock available in Chile and an import system from the factory that speeds up the arrival of parts when it comes to special orders.
Behind this operation, there is a team of professionals with extensive experience and deep knowledge of the needs of the forestry sector. Commercial management is led by Sebastián Ortiz, and the After-Sales area is headed by Víctor Bravo, whose mission is to provide specialized technical support and ongoing accompaniment that contributes to maximizing the availability and performance of equipment in the field.
The opening of this subsidiary marks a new milestone for Industrias Guerra in Chile. More than a commercial branch, it represents an operations center designed to deliver comprehensive service, with specialized attention, spare parts availability, and direct support from the factory.
In an industry where operational continuity is key, having a local team, specialized technical support, and a permanent connection with the manufacturer allows for faster responses to customer needs, strengthening trust and consolidating Guerra's commitment to the development of the Chilean forestry sector.
